In this time of reflection, Atelier S is very pleased to offer this solemn concert in this Easter/Passover season. Join Atelier S and its members (featuring soprano Dolores Tjart, mezzo-soprano Martha Spence, tenor Patrick Huang and baritone Jan Vaculik), with special guests, violinist Joseph Nachman and cellist Karen Glennie, this Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at 7:30pm in a concert of some of the most beautiful sacred music from the Requiem Masses of Mozart, Duruflé and Fauré. Highlights in the program include: “Die Mainacht” (J. Brahms), "Sancta Mater istud agas" (Stabat Mater - Rossini), 2nd movement from Schubert's Piano Trio in E flat (D. 929), "Pie Jesu" (Requiem - Durufle), "Libera Me" and "In Paradisum" of Fauré's Requiem.
